Wallet addresses and digital-asset transactions may be recorded permanently on public blockchains and may be visible to others or subject to blockchain analytics. Seamless cannot modify or erase information recorded on decentralized networks. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible, and you are responsible for the accuracy of submitted addresses.
15. Children
Our Services are intended for adults and business users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data, and we will take appropriate action.
16. Personal Data Breaches
We maintain incident-response procedures. Where applicable law requires it, we will notify the appropriate authority and affected individuals of a qualifying Personal Data breach within the legally required period, taking account of the nature and risk of the incident.
